01Who We Are

Chermmon is a luxury intimate body care brand operated by SC DIVISION 26 PICTURES SRL, registered in Romania (CUI: 47509869, Registration Number: J29/180/2023, EUID: ROONRC.J29/180/2023). Internationally, we operate under the umbrella of Arxcade Ventures. Our headquarters are in Bucharest, Romania.

02Products & Pre-orders

Chermmon currently offers two intimate body care spray products: Luminous Elixir and Velour Blanc, each priced at €65 per unit. Both products are available for pre-order through our website prior to the first production run.

• Pre-order placement constitutes a firm purchase commitment subject to these Terms
• Pre-order quantities are limited to stock available in the initial production run
• Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received
• Product imagery and descriptions are representative; minor variations may occur between digital renders and final product
• We reserve the right to withdraw a product from sale at any time before fulfilment, in which case a full refund will be issued

03Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required.

• Payment is collected at the time of pre-order placement
• Your order is confirmed by email immediately after successful payment
• If payment fails, your order will not be reserved and no charge will be applied
• Prices are fixed at the time of order; subsequent price changes do not affect confirmed orders

04Delivery

Chermmon ships within the European Union and selected international destinations. Specific delivery timelines will be communicated to pre-order customers via email.

05Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. In accordance with EU consumer protection law:

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason
• Returned products must be unused, in their original sealed packaging
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products
• Pre-order cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the stated dispatch date; after that, cancellation is subject to our discretion
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied

To initiate a return, email returns@chermmon.com with your order number and reason for return.

06Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand name, logo, product names, copy, photography, and design — is the intellectual property of SC DIVISION 26 PICTURES SRL and protected by Romanian, EU, and international intellectual property law. Chermmon operates under commercial and IP licences granted by SC DIVISION 26 PICTURES SRL and software licences granted by Cibeeo Inc. SRL.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chermmon's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our products are intended for external use only as described. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from use contrary to the instructions provided.

09Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply additional protections.

EU customers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
